Printing tolerances depend on material and geometry, but we consistently hold tight tolerances appropriate for automotive trim, industrial fixtures, and functional replacement parts. For scanning, we capture up to 0.02mm (~0.0008") accuracy in blue-laser mode — more than precise enough for the vast majority of mechanical and industrial applications. If you need a specific tolerance called out, tell us in your quote request and we'll confirm feasibility.
