We run the full engineering polymer range on multiple industrial printers — including materials most print shops can't touch. On the high end: PEEK (aerospace, 260°C continuous service), ULTEM 9085 (FAA FST compliant), ULTEM 1010, PPSU (autoclave-ready to 134°C), and Nylon CF. For everyday production: ABS, PETG, PLA, TPU 95A, carbon-fiber reinforced, ASA, PC, and more. If you need a specific polymer we don't stock, we'll source it.

Printing tolerances depend on material and geometry, but we consistently hold tight tolerances appropriate for automotive trim, industrial fixtures, and functional replacement parts. For scanning, we capture up to 0.02mm (~0.0008") accuracy in blue-laser mode — more than precise enough for the vast majority of mechanical and industrial applications. If you need a specific tolerance called out, tell us in your quote request and we'll confirm feasibility.

Yes. We scan the original (even if cracked, broken, or missing pieces), reverse-engineer it in CAD, and print in automotive-grade ABS — the same polymer family used in factory interior trim. Paintable, solvent-weldable, and dimensionally accurate. Ideal for classic car restorations, collision shops needing obsolete parts, and one-of-a-kind builds.

Yes — we print TPU 95A, a rubber-like polymer with excellent tear resistance. Ideal for custom gaskets, seals, grips, dampeners, and vibration-reduction parts. Shore hardness 95A with ~580% elongation at break. Perfect for applications where off-the-shelf rubber won't fit.

Absolutely. Custom gaskets, electrical enclosures, conduit adapters, mounting brackets, sensor housings, jigs, templates, cable management — whatever the supply house doesn't carry. No minimum orders. Send us dimensions or a photo and we'll quote it.

Yes — this is one of our most common jobs. Classic car trim, discontinued equipment components, legacy tooling, one-off fixtures. We use blue-laser scanning up to 0.02mm accuracy to capture the original (even if cracked or partially missing), reverse-engineer a parametric CAD model, and print the replacement in the optimal material — ABS for auto interior, TPU for gaskets, carbon fiber for structural, PEEK for high-heat. Ship us the original or a good photo set to start a quote.

Scan range is 5mm to 4,000mm — from small clips to full vehicle panels. Print envelope up to 400mm+ on single prints across our industrial printer fleet. Larger parts are printed in sections and precision-assembled.
