DC Additive Pros is an aftermarket OEM polymer manufacturer and 3D scanning provider in Montgomery County, Maryland, delivering on demand parts and reverse engineering services across the United States.

Parts are manufactured in Rockville, Maryland. Shipping and correspondence go through our Silver Spring address.

We print in ABS, ASA, PCTG, carbon fiber filled nylon, PLA, PETG, PEEK and ULTEM. Our maximum single piece envelope is 400 x 400 x 400 mm, and our high temperature machine reaches 500 C at the nozzle and 200 C at the bed with an actively heated chamber, which is what PEEK and ULTEM require. There is no minimum order. We quote a quantity of one. Published machine envelopes, material properties and design minimums are on our capabilities page.

We combine precision manufacturing with 3D scanning and reverse engineering, from rapid prototypes and custom one off parts to production runs. Whether you need standard grade materials or high performance engineered polymers, we have the capability to meet your requirements.

Our high temperature capability is what sets us apart. It lets us produce parts that hold up under heat and mechanical stress, which is why medical, industrial, aerospace, laboratory and research customers come to us. At the same time we cover the full range of on demand production, so you have one source from concept to finished part.

The parts we do best are the accessories the original equipment maker never made, and the replacement parts that are backordered or discontinued. If the part no longer exists, we scan the original, rebuild the CAD and print it.

Every part is manufactured in the United States. We set country of manufacture to United States on every listing on every marketplace we sell through.
