At DC Additive Pros we specialize in custom high-temperature 3D print on demand and precision scanning services. Because the majority of our work is made-to-order, our shipping times reflect actual production and quality assurance.
Processing & Production Time Most standard orders are processed and ready to ship within 7 business days after payment is satisfied and all design files are approved.
Complex projects, large production runs, special material requirements, or government/medical compliance work may require additional time. We provide a firm timeline during the quoting process.
Shipping Methods We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground for safe, reliable delivery of your high-value parts.
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)
- Continental United States: 2–5 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–8 business days
Tracking All shipments include tracking information, which is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Rush & Expedited Options Expedited production and shipping options are available for qualifying projects. Please mention your deadline during the quote request.

- We use professional protective packaging to ensure your parts arrive safely.
- International shipping is available upon request (custom quotes required).
Liability and Import Fees Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. DC Additive Pros is not responsible for any damages, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other import-related charges.
