Shipping policy

At DC Additive Pros we specialize in custom, high temperature 3D printing on demand and precision 3D scanning services. Because most of our work is made to order, our shipping times reflect actual production and quality assurance. Parts are manufactured in Rockville, MD.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only and deliver nationwide to all 50 states.

Processing and Production Time

Turnaround depends on the specific product and the process involved. Most standard orders are produced and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days after payment is received and all design files are approved. More complex parts, larger production runs, or special material requirements may take longer, and we will provide a firm timeline during the quoting process.

Scan to print projects, where you ship a physical part to us to be 3D scanned and then remanufactured, require additional time. The schedule for these projects depends on transit time to our facility, the complexity of the scan, and the size of the production run. We will confirm an estimated timeline with you before work begins.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for safe, reliable delivery of your parts.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

  • Continental United States: 2 to 5 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 5 to 8 business days

Tracking

All shipments include tracking information, which is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Rush and Expedited Options

Expedited production and shipping options are available for qualifying projects. Please mention your deadline when you request a quote.

Packaging, Risk of Loss, and Returns

We use professional protective packaging to help your parts arrive safely. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. DC Additive Pros is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. For returns and damaged or defective shipments, please see our Refund and Return Policy.
