Refund policy
At DC Additive Pros, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and our manufacturing warranty work.
30-Day Returns on Stock Products
You may return any in-stock product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided the item is:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all included parts and accessories
- Free from damage caused by use, modification, or installation
How to Start a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns received without authorization may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
Custom and Quoted Orders
Items produced from customer-supplied files, specifications, or special quotes are made to order and are not eligible for return or refund. This will always be clearly noted on your quote before the order is confirmed.
30-Day Manufacturing Warranty
All products carry a 30-day warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within this period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective part
- Replace the defective part with a new one
- Issue a full refund
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Damage caused by the customer or third parties
- Cosmetic differences inherent to precision-manufactured engineered polymer parts, such as minor layer texture or color variation between production batches
Non-Refundable Charges
- Original outbound shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error
- Expedited shipping fees
- Custom or quoted production work as noted above
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
