Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting any order or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a quote request, uploading files, or placing an order with DC Additive Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services DC Additive Pros provides custom high-temperature 3D printing, precision scanning, reverse engineering, and related additive manufacturing services on a print-on-demand and quote basis.
3. Quotes & Orders All pricing is provided by quote only. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted only after written confirmation.
4. Customer Responsibility and Risk Assumption All parts and materials are manufactured strictly according to the specifications and designs provided by the customer. You are solely responsible for verifying that the parts are suitable, safe, and compliant for your intended use, including any medical, industrial, aerospace, or government applications.
We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or failure of the parts we produce. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, bodily harm, death, property damage, equipment damage, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
By placing an order, you assume all risk associated with the use of the parts and agree that DC Additive Pros has no liability whatsoever for any issues resulting from the parts or materials.
5. Confidentiality & NDA We treat all customer designs and project details as strictly confidential. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
6. Prohibited Items We do not accept or produce any firearm components, weapon parts, or items intended for use by non-licensed individuals under applicable firearms laws. Any order suspected of violating federal, state, or local laws will be cancelled without notice.
7. Payment Terms Payment terms are specified in your quote. All sales are final once production begins.
8. Production & Lead Times Lead times are estimates only. Typical production is 7 business days for standard orders.
9. Shipping & Risk of Loss Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
10. International Orders You are solely responsible for all tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other import-related charges.
11. Limited Warranty We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. Our sole obligation is to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. We make no other warranties.
12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DC Additive Pros, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DC Additive Pros, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the parts we produce or any violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
15. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
