How kit pricing works
- Each part is priced on its own from its size, material and print time, then added up into one job price.
- One order minimum for the whole kit, not for each part. $20 for most materials; some materials have a higher minimum, shown in the tool.
- Quantity discounts apply to copies of the same file only: 5% at 2 copies, 10% at 4, 15% at 10 and 20% at 25. The number of different parts in a kit never earns a discount.
- Free US shipping is included. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Any orientation counts. A part over the limit for its material is flagged on its line with Scale to fit or a material change. The tool never shrinks a part on its own.

- Lead time is 3 to 7 business days typical. Rush is 2 to 3 business days for 25% more.
- We re-slice every file on our own printers. Slicer settings you send are noted, not used.
- We print the geometry you submit and do not change it without asking you first.
- Fit and function of untested prototypes are not guaranteed. Check your files before you pay.
- Only upload files you have the right to have printed.
- Staged deliveries are separate orders, each with its own order minimum.
- No purchase orders and no local pickup. Every order ships to you.
- We do not print firearms, firearm components or weapons of any kind.
Questions
Can I upload a ZIP of my whole kit?
Yes. Upload one ZIP or up to 30 separate STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ files. Up to 60 MB per file and 200 MB unpacked per ZIP. A parts list inside the ZIP (CSV, TSV, TXT, MD or JSON with file, qty, material and color) fills in each matching part, and you can change any line before you pay.
Do you price each part separately?
Yes. Every file is priced on its own from its size, material and print time, then the parts are added up into one job price. We never price by the empty space between parts in a combined file, and one order minimum covers the whole kit, not each part.
Can parts in one kit use different materials and colors?
Yes. Choose a material and color for each part, for example PETG for housings and TPU 95A for gaskets and feet. The tool shows the price for each part and for the whole kit.
How do quantity discounts work on a kit?
Discounts apply to copies of the same file only: 5% at 2 copies, 10% at 4, 15% at 10 and 20% at 25. An 18 part kit with one of each file gets no discount, because 18 different parts are not 18 copies of one part. Order 2 complete kits and every file is printed twice, so every file gets 5%.
How do I order more than one complete kit?
Upload all of the files, then set Kit copies to the number of kits you need. Every file's quantity is set to that number, and the same file discount applies to each file. You can still change any single line before you pay.
Is the price on screen the final price?
Yes. The price the tool shows is the price you pay at checkout, with free US shipping included. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. There is no request a quote step and no price cap; only physical limits such as print size and material stop an order.
Can I get a written quote for my purchasing team?
Yes. Click Save quote for a printable PDF with a quote ID, the date, a price for each part, shipping, lead time and terms, plus a link that reloads the same parts and rechecks the price. The quote is valid 14 days.
What is the largest part you can print?
ABS, ASA, ESD-ABS, PA12-CF nylon, PPSU, PEI 9085 grade, PEEK, PEEK-CF10 and PEKK-A print up to 350 x 350 x 450 mm on our high temperature printer. All other materials print up to 400 x 400 x 400 mm. Any orientation counts. A part over the limit is flagged with Scale to fit or a material change; the tool never shrinks a part on its own.
How fast will my kit ship?
3 to 7 business days is typical. Rush production is 2 to 3 business days for 25% more. Large kits with long print times may need the full window.
Do you test fit my prototype?
We print the geometry you submit and review every file before it prints, but fit and function of untested prototypes are not guaranteed. Check clearances and tolerances in your files before you pay.
