Any drawer you can measure. Enter the inside length, width, and height. Common uses include toolbox drawers, anesthesia carts, medical office carts, hospital cart drawers, and shop cabinets. You decide what the organizer goes in. We do not make regulated or safety claims about clinical use.

Measure the inside of the drawer, wall to wall, not the outside. Measure the length and width at the narrowest point and at the bottom, since many drawers taper or have lips and slides. For height, measure from the drawer floor to the lowest point above it when the drawer is closed. Round down to the nearest 1/16 in. Drawers, especially imported ones, are often not exactly the size listed, so measure your own. The builder also leaves a small gap around every piece, about 0.08 in between pieces and 0.1 in at the drawer walls, so everything drops in easily.

A six-pack is six identical custom bins. An eight-pack is eight identical custom bins. Custom mix lets you choose any bin count and size each bin differently. All three paths use the same fit check and top-down layout.

Enter any positive drawer inside L × W × H. The 24 × 16 × 3.25 example is only a starting point. Choose a pack or any number of custom bins. There is no maximum bin count; bins must fit inside the drawer you entered, and bin height can be up to your drawer height minus 5 mm (about 0.2 in) so bins never rub the drawer above. Each bin must also fit our manufacturing size limit. We use a Creality K2 Plus (max about 13.8 × 13.8 × 13.8 in) and a Bambu Lab H2S (max about 13.4 × 12.6 × 13.4 in). Parts that must run on either machine stay within about 13.4 × 12.6 × 13.4 in.

Each bin can be Black, White, Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Orange, or Gray. Black is the default, and every color is the same price. You can mix colors in one order, and the preview shows each bin in the color you picked.

Solid walls are closed all the way around. Hex walls have an open honeycomb pattern that looks lighter and uses less material. Both are the same price. Hex openings start about 3/8 in above the floor, so hex bins suit tools and larger parts, not screws or small hardware. Hex needs bins at least 1.83 in tall. Shorter bins and very short end walls are made solid, and the preview shows which walls will be hex.
