The pocket is your part outline plus the fit gap you choose, with a light lead in edge so the part drops in.
The plate leaves at least 15 mm of material around the pocket (20 mm or more with slots or magnets).
Finger notches let you lift the part out. Magnets are sealed inside the base so they never touch your part.

Our plates are for light duty locating, holding and protecting parts. They are not for clamping loads, lifting or safety critical use, and no tolerance is promised.

How do I give you the shape of my part?

Upload an STL file in mm or inches, or enter a rectangle or round size. The builder traces the outline of the part seen from above. Undercuts and inner holes are ignored, and outline details narrower than 2 mm are filled.

What sizes and options can I choose?

Plates up to 240 x 240 x 60 mm are priced instantly. You can choose a snug (0.3 mm), standard (0.5 mm) or easy drop in (1.0 mm) fit, a pocket depth of 25, 50 or 75% of the part height, 0 to 2 finger notches, no mounting, 4 bolt down slots for M6 or 1/4 in screws, or 4 or 6 magnets sealed in the base, in Black, Gray or White.
