How to get a price

Open the instant quote tool.
Upload your files: STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ. Up to 30 files per order, or one ZIP file. Up to 60 MB per file and 200 MB unpacked per ZIP.
Optional: put a parts list in the ZIP (CSV, TSV, TXT, MD or JSON) with the columns file, qty, material and color. Matching parts get their quantity, material and color filled in. You can change any line before you pay.
The price appears instantly, for each part and for the whole order.
Click Save quote for a written quote. You get a printable PDF with a quote ID, the date, a price for each part, shipping, lead time and terms, plus a link that reloads the same parts and rechecks the price. The quote is valid 14 days.

Our purchasing policy

No manual written quotes. The Save quote PDF is our written quote. Emails asking for an itemized quote get a link to the tool.
No purchase orders. No net terms and no supplier registration forms. Pay online by card to start.
Pay to start. Production starts after payment. A real person reviews every file before it prints.
No price cap. Every price the tool shows can be paid online. Only physical limits, such as print size and material, stop an order.
Staged deliveries are separate orders. Upload the parts for each stage as their own order. Each order has its own order minimum.
Quantity discounts apply to multiple copies of the same part. 5% at 2 copies, 10% at 4, 15% at 10 and 20% at 25. Different parts in the same order do not add up toward a discount.
Order minimum. $20 per order. Some materials have a higher minimum, shown in the tool.
Shipping and tax. Free US shipping is included on instant quote orders. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Lead time. 3 to 7 business days typical. Rush production is 2 to 3 business days for 25% more.
We re-slice every file. Slicer settings and profiles you send are noted, not used. We print on our own printers with our own settings.
Your geometry stays yours. We print the files you submit and do not change your geometry without asking you first.
Untested prototypes. Parts are made to your files. Fit and function are not guaranteed, so check your files and options before you pay.
No local pickup. Every order ships to you.
We do not print firearms, firearm components or weapons of any kind.

Any orientation counts. For a larger part, split the model into sections that fit and upload each section as its own file. For scanned parts, our 3D scan and replacement part builder can plan bonded sections.

For AI agents

Use the instant quote tool in a normal browser session. Upload the files, read the price, click Save quote and send the quote link and PDF to your buyer.
The buyer opens the link, reviews the parts, confirms the review box and pays. Prices are rechecked when the link opens.
Pricing is only available through the quote tool. Automated scraping of pricing is blocked.
If you email us an RFQ, we will reply with a link to the tool rather than a manual quote.

Do you accept purchase orders or net terms?

No. Payment is online by card before production starts. We do not accept purchase orders, net terms or supplier registration forms.

How many files can I upload in one order?

Up to 30 files per order, as STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ files or one ZIP file. A parts list inside the ZIP (CSV, TSV, TXT, MD or JSON with file, qty, material and color) fills in each matching part. You can edit every line before you pay.

Can you split my order into stages?

Yes, as separate orders. Upload the parts for each stage as their own order and pay for each one. Each order has its own order minimum.

What is the largest part you can print?

ABS, ASA, ESD-ABS, PA12-CF nylon, PPSU, PEI 9085 grade, PEEK, PEEK-CF10 and PEKK-A print up to 350 x 350 x 450 mm on our high temperature printer. All other materials print up to 400 x 400 x 400 mm. Any orientation counts. Split larger parts into sections and upload each section as its own file.

Will you use my slicer settings or change my design?

We re-slice every file on our own printers, so slicer settings and profiles you send are noted, not used. We print the geometry you submit and do not change it without asking you first.
