At DC Additive Pros we specialize in custom, high temperature 3D printing on demand and precision 3D scanning services. Parts are manufactured in Rockville, MD. Free shipping within the United States is included on every order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only and deliver nationwide to all 50 states.
Processing and lead times
Standard products: Ships same day or next business day.
Custom / made to order: Built to your specs. Ships in 3 to 5 business days. Some custom jobs can take longer.
Scan to print projects, where you ship a physical part to us to be 3D scanned and then remanufactured, require additional time. The schedule for these projects depends on transit time to our facility, the complexity of the scan, and the size of the production run. We will confirm an estimated timeline with you before work begins.
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for safe, reliable delivery of your parts.
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)
- Continental United States: 2 to 5 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii: 5 to 8 business days
Tracking
All shipments include tracking information, which is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Rush and Expedited Options
Expedited production and shipping options are available for qualifying projects. Please mention your deadline when you request a quote. Rush timing is confirmed on the quote and is not guaranteed.
Packaging, Risk of Loss, and Returns
We use professional protective packaging to help your parts arrive safely. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. DC Additive Pros is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. For returns and damaged or defective shipments, please see our Refund and Return Policy.
