An optional add-on for the Agent Workforce AI front desk for HVAC shops. Everything in Spam-shield Front Desk, plus the wiring a busier shop needs: your tools connected, texts answered, and new leads on your phone fast.

What it adds to your front desk

• Everything in Spam-shield. Junk filtered before it rings you, a front desk line you run from your phone, and calendar booking.
• Connects to your tools. Call details flow into your CRM or the tools you already use, so nobody retypes a lead.
• AI text replies. Customers who text your line get a quick, on-brand reply.
• Lead alerts to your phone. New leads reach you fast, so you can call back while the job is still hot.
• Up to 3 lines. Separate lines for service, installs, or locations.
• Team seats. Your office and techs can see what came in.

Pricing

• One-time setup: $649. Choose “One-time setup” at checkout.
• Monthly: +$179/mo on top of the $449/mo managed plan, so $628/mo ongoing. The monthly add-on starts after your 30-Day Pilot.
• With the $995 30-Day Pilot, your pilot total is $1,644.

Requires the Agent Workforce 30-Day Pilot or monthly managed plan. Setup is a one-time charge. The monthly add-on is a Shopify Subscriptions plan that renews every month until you cancel; you can manage or cancel it anytime from your account. See everything on the Agent Workforce page.

Honest expectations

We do not promise a number of bookings or any revenue result. Results depend on your call volume, your market, and how fast you follow up. Tool connections depend on what your current tools allow; we confirm yours during intake. Calls start with a recording notice. Inbound calls and replies only, no texting to lead lists.

We could offer refunds. We don’t need to. We get the front desk right for your shop, so there’s no refund policy to hide behind. If we cannot launch your working add-on within 5 business days of your completed intake, you get rebuild credit or a transfer to another Agent Workforce product of equal value. No cash refunds. No refunds based on bookings or results.

We don’t name shops. Your booking habits stay in your shop. We’re not handing your competitors a map to your calendar. Your after-hours calls aren’t our LinkedIn flex. We keep shops quiet on purpose so the guy across town doesn’t learn your playbook.
