Fitment, built from published dimensions

Manufactured to the published Danfoss Hansen UQDB body dimensions, cross checked against the Staubli UQDB tables before the first unit was cut. Sizes UQDB02, UQDB04, UQDB06 and UQDB08, plug side and socket side. Body diameters differ between coupling brands even within the OCP standard, so if your hardware is another brand, tell us at checkout and we manufacture your covers to that brand's published dimensions at no extra charge. Requires about 8 mm of exposed coupling body to grip.

Are 3D printed covers safe to use near a liquid cooling loop?
Yes for this use. The cover is an exterior cap on a disconnected, depressurized coupling. It is not pressure rated, it is not a seal, and it never contacts the sealing surfaces or the flow path.

What is the difference between UQD and UQDB couplings?
UQD is the manual connect version and UQDB is the blind mate version that self aligns as a tray slides in, with up to 0.8 mm of misalignment allowance. Each needs its own cover geometry, and we manufacture both.
