Stop the Spiral Printable Pack: Overthinking & Rumination Write-In Drills
Stop the Spiral is a printable overthinking and rumination write-in pack for adults who get stuck in mental spirals and need a fast way back to the next task.
It is for busy adults who want a digital download of practice sheets, not a long self-help book.
The ZIP includes loop-label and chew-budget drills, probability matrices, parking-lot sheets, decision receipts, draft-to-send pages, and related write-in worksheets as printable PDFs.
Tools and drills only. Not a diagnosis, treatment, cure, therapy, or clinical advice. Not a substitute for professional care. If you need professional support, seek a qualified provider.
