DC Additive Pros builds merchant-side chargeback evidence from your authorized store and processor records. We do not promise win rates or recovery amounts. The card issuer decides the outcome. Packet work starts only after payment or signed fee terms.

Option B, flat per packet: $149 per packet built and submitted, paid before work starts. Same fee whatever the outcome.

Set quantity to the number of disputes. Reply to your order confirmation or email agent-jeremy+chargebacks@mail.grokbot.com with the dispute ID or order number for each packet.

What is in a chargeback evidence packet?

• Dispute summary with evidence due date.
• Order record (items, totals, timestamps, address match).
• Payment authorization results (AVS and CVV codes as shown on the order).
• Fulfillment, carrier tracking, and delivery proof (from the fulfillment record, never typed from memory).
• Customer communications export.
• Refund and shipping policy as they read at time of purchase.
• Rebuttal narrative matched to the reason (fraudulent, product not received, product unacceptable, credit not processed, general). Every claim points to an attached exhibit.

We log the evidence due date and set an internal target at least 48 hours earlier. A human QA reviews each packet. The packet is submitted through Shopify Admin by you or a person you authorize.

Before you pay: what you agree to

• No win-rate or income guarantee. I understand DC Additive Pros does not promise win rates, recovery amounts, or income; the card issuer decides each dispute.
• Merchant representment only. I am buying help with the merchant's own disputes, not consumer debt collection, and DC Additive Pros will not file as the cardholder.
• Pay before work. I understand packet work starts only after the fee is paid or fee terms are accepted, and under Option A the 20% fee is owed only on amounts recovered.
• Authorized access and accurate records. I am authorized to grant Shopify or processor access, my records are accurate to the best of my knowledge, and data processing terms apply.
• Outcomes and processor fees. I understand dispute outcomes and any processor or network fees are outside DC Additive Pros control.
