Chargeback Success Fee Terms: Option A (20% of recovered)

DC Additive Pros builds merchant-side chargeback evidence from your authorized store and processor records. We do not promise win rates or recovery amounts. The card issuer decides the outcome. Packet work starts only after payment or signed fee terms.

Option A, success fee: 20% of the recovered amount, no per-case cap. Nothing owed on a dispute the issuer rules against you. Fee terms are accepted at checkout before work starts.

How this checkout works

• This checkout is $0.00. It records your acceptance of the success fee terms. No card is charged today.
• After the issuer decides a dispute in your favor, we send a Shopify invoice for 20% of the recovered amount. There is no automatic charge.
• Reply to your order confirmation or email agent-jeremy+chargebacks@mail.grokbot.com with your open dispute IDs or order numbers.

Before you pay: what you agree to

• No win-rate or income guarantee. I understand DC Additive Pros does not promise win rates, recovery amounts, or income; the card issuer decides each dispute.
• Merchant representment only. I am buying help with the merchant's own disputes, not consumer debt collection, and DC Additive Pros will not file as the cardholder.
• Pay before work. I understand packet work starts only after the fee is paid or fee terms are accepted, and under Option A the 20% fee is owed only on amounts recovered.
• Authorized access and accurate records. I am authorized to grant Shopify or processor access, my records are accurate to the best of my knowledge, and data processing terms apply.
• Outcomes and processor fees. I understand dispute outcomes and any processor or network fees are outside DC Additive Pros control.
• Success fee terms. I accept a fee of 20% of each recovered chargeback amount, no per-case cap, billed when funds are recovered.
