An optional add-on for the Agent Workforce AI front desk for HVAC shops. Robocalls, spam, and junk sales calls get filtered out first, so when your phone lights up it is more likely to be a real customer with a real problem.

Pricing

• One-time setup: $449. Choose “One-time setup” at checkout.
• Monthly: +$99/mo on top of the $449/mo managed plan, so $548/mo ongoing. The monthly add-on starts after your 30-Day Pilot.
• With the $995 30-Day Pilot, your pilot total is $1,444.

Requires the Agent Workforce 30-Day Pilot or monthly managed plan. Setup is a one-time charge. The monthly add-on is a Shopify Subscriptions plan that renews every month until you cancel; you can manage or cancel it anytime from your account. See everything on the Agent Workforce page.

Honest expectations

No filter catches every junk call, and we do not promise a number of bookings or any revenue result. Results depend on your call volume, your market, and how fast you follow up. Calls start with a recording notice. Inbound calls only.

We could offer refunds. We don’t need to. We get the front desk right for your shop, so there’s no refund policy to hide behind. If we cannot launch your working add-on within 5 business days of your completed intake, you get rebuild credit or a transfer to another Agent Workforce product of equal value. No cash refunds. No refunds based on bookings or results.

We don’t name shops. Your booking habits stay in your shop. We’re not handing your competitors a map to your calendar. Your after-hours calls aren’t our LinkedIn flex. We keep shops quiet on purpose so the guy across town doesn’t learn your playbook.
